The Academy of Song Leaders—known in Brazil as Academia de Regentes Cantares (ARCA)—is redefining the training of worship leaders with a focus on vocal excellence and doctrinal integrity. Born from an urgent need for greater investment in vocal music, ARCA aims to equip churches with leaders who remain true to sound doctrine, steering clear of the notion that worship ministry is merely a stage for personal stardom.
